Elite is a word that gets tossed around frequently. I’m going to assume you already know the general meaning so I’m just going to give the alternative spellings.

Elite a/k/a leet or 1337.

1337 is sometimes modified to be 1338 and indicate elite plus one.

This one is a bit tricky so you’ll have to use context clues to know what people are talking about. It’s an acronym in either context.

WTF - (n) Will of the Forsaken. Undead ability that breaks fear or sleep.

Or, in the alternative

WTF - What the (expletive deleted).

Someone asks you to use WTF, they probably mean the undead ability. Hint, if you’re not undead, they probably don’t mean the ability.

Everyone knows druids are good to have on your side in a PvP arena. We’re flexible and can help out in a lot of different ways. One interesting idea is to just have nothing but druids on the team. Particularly, nothing but Moonkin druids… The video is unbelievable.

Rick Roll - (n) a clever trick whereby someone is conned into clicking on a link that leads them to a video of Rick Astley singing “Never Gonna Give You Up.”

Analysis: Players often protest that they hate the Rick Roll, but they actually love it. It’s a catchy little song and people can’t help themselves. The term can also be used as a verb. Rick Rolling your guildmates is a sure way to show them that you’re going to be a fun person to have around.

PvP Professions

With the new changes, it’s unclear, at least to me, what the best PvP professions will be. For a long time, engineering was the option. It just allows you to do so many different things. Enchanting grants access to upgrades you couldn’t really have otherwise.

Now, it seems like mining is probably going to be huge because of the health bonus. It’s a significant amount and enough to maybe give someone some extra time. So, if you’re looking to PvP, strongly consider mining/engineering.

Then again, skinning now gives a little crit boost. Harder to say now.
